The day to day affairs is managed by the director of administration. Overall supervision is provided by the Principal and Dean. However, the Chairman is competent to make any necessary changes in the administrative setup for the smooth running of the College. The other bodies concerning various affairs of the College are as follows.

 

1. ACADEMIC COUNCIL

This Academic council is responsible for the academic policy and running of the professional affairs of the College. The council is headed by the Principal of the College. The Head of Departments and the Chairman are members. The director of administration acts as secretary to the council. All issues concerning academic activities are under the purview of the council.

 

2. ADMISSION COMMITTE

The admission committee is responsible for looking after the admission affairs of the Students. The Dean of studies acts as chairman of the committee. The head of departments of the basic sciences, medical and surgical departments are members of the committee. Tasks assigned to the committee include devising admission policy, conducting entry tests and all entry test design. The director of administration acts as secretary to the committee.  

3. STUDENTS AFFAIR COMMITTEE

The student affairs committee is responsible for all extracurricular activities of the students. The Committee is headed by the Vice Principal. The director of administration and the finance manager are members of the committee.
